I installed the JCR classic sliders on my JKU this Sept. Easy install and very solid. I bought them bare and painted with rustoleum.

Went with the Offroad Evolution.

The mounting legs that weld on to the frame were not square for some reason.

Had to heat them with a torch and BFH them into place.

Other than that that...

Have beat the shit out of them and they have held up really well

Those mount are intended to flex. I also think it's a bad idea to stress the body bolts that much, but that's just opinion.

Any slider solely mounted via the body bolts can and will flex enough to hit the pinch seam and body.

Personally, I can't unserstand keeping the weight of both the Rubi and Ace sliders on my rig, but I know many that do.

All this said, what are your goals? Do you plan to wheel in big rocks or are you more interested in a step?
