Default 285/70/17 or 295/70/17

I'm looking to put 33's on my new 4 dr JK and I'm debating on 285/70/17s or 295/70/17s with a teraflex leveling kit. Any pics or feedback would be really helpful

Go with the bigger. You'll be glad you did.

Hell, you can even go 285/75/17, which is about 34" if you go with the Toyo MT.

But here's mine back when I first got the lift and 295/70/17's.

Looks awesome! Did you have any clearance issues with the 295/70/17s on the leveling kit?

Nope. Although I am running a set of Spidertrax wheel spacers, since I'm still on stock wheels.

Here's later that same afternoon from the pic above, testing the new tires out.

I just put 285/70/17 on a 08 Rubicon no lift and no spacers at the time of install.

I had Spidertrax wheel spacers on order when I got the Tires so I had to wait a few days for them to get to my house.

I did have rub at full turn with without the spacers. Once they were installed the rub went away.

I would recommend on getting the wheel spacers if you are going to run bigger than 285!!!

285/70/17 on stock wheels. 2" BB. No rubbing.
