I'll be going 300m once I break a full float shaft. So, guess that is next year.

Someone posted a few weeks ago that he called G2 and was told that they do not warranty rear flanges. Which contradicts the email I have from them from a year and a half ago stating that they do warranty flanges.

If G2 is a consideration, it's worth a call/email to try and get confirmation...

Been doing some warranty research.

G2 warrants them for 10 years. The gold version is 25 years.
Ten Factory carry a 10 year warranty (or 100,000 miles).
Alloy USA is also a 10 year warranty.
Nitro Gear is only 5 years.

I'm heavily leaning toward Ten Factory.

Agree with this. I bent the flange on G2s while on 35's. No original paperwork, no warranty. Thanks G2. Keep your receipt no matter what you do.

Am on 38's and RVCs front and rear with no issues to date. Buy once cry once in my opinion.

I will probably try to find something with the bearings pressed on already and will also replace the seals and the retainer. I assume the ABS tone ring as well.

I've seen the Nitro Gear Complete on NR4x4's site, but I'm not sure what else might be out there.

I would appreciate any experience you have had, good or bad, and some recommendations.
We just released our new axle upgrade kit for the 44 at SEMA. Here's a link with all the specs and info on the kit:

For my black "built" rig "Brett" I bought RCV shafts for the rear from David's team at Northridge. They'd already done my ProRock 44 up front and I'd gone with RCV for that, so I kept RCV for the rears too. No issues to date. Love RCV.

Yeah, I'm sure they're great. But at $1800 a set, I have to pass. That's just way more than I can put into this right now.
