Rubicon stock rock rails onto Sport- Can/should it be done?
My 2011 Sport unlimited (bought used) has no rock rails or steps. Noting that many Rubicon owners are replacing theirs with aftermarket rails, I am thinking of applying one those cast-off pair to my Sport.
Are there technical challenges to doing this?
Philosophical or other barriers I should consider?

Thanks for the reassurance.
Now since I did not get all the hardware at sale, I am trying to determine where to buy the U-nuts (if needed) without paying an arm and a leg. Saw one vendor selling for $68...crazy(!) even though it includes the 6 frame bolts, 4 u-nuts and the six 10 mm body nuts.
Anyone have a reasonably price source for the u-nuts and frame bolts?
