Default Rugged ridge grill

A few months ago I made my own mesh grill for my jk but the blocks won't hold no matter what I do. Does anyone have the rugged ridge mesh grill and have photos installed. For the price I can't imagine great quality but u never know

I used adhesive caulk on the blocks then zipped tied it down. No way it is coming back up.

Scrape off the adhesive backing to the squares, and gorilla glue them down. I learned that.

Most people do it wrong the first time as well.

Second on the gorilla glue. You already have the grill cut and painted no need to spend the money just sand down the adhesive blocks and gorilla glue it you should not run into any problems.

I did scrape off the adhesive backing and used alcohol to make sure it was all off. Then I used a marine grade glue. No luck. But does anyone have pics or reviews of the rugged ridge grill

I got the rugged ridge grille and followed the directions.

It looked great, but the problem was I couldn't get the grille back on the jeep after I installed it in the front fascia.

I took it off. I wouldn't buy it if I were you.

It's hard to explain.

The rugged ridge insert I bought uses two "bars" that you secure to the plastic of the grill. These bars keep tension on the mesh part.

These bars made it impossible to reinstall the front fascia after the grille insert was installed. There wasn't anything to "trim" so to speak.

I got my Rugged Ridge grille to work out good, but yes it took some effort to make everything fit well. For $28 and an easy install, worth it for me. Painted mine to match my wheels. I like how this grille is fitted for the slots and protrudes outward a bit.
