Default Rusty's 3.25....

I have the Rusty's 3.25 lift sitting in the garage waiting to be put on my Jeep when it arrives next week. Anybody installed one of these yet??? I know a few members said they had ordered a Rusty's kit.

Also, is there a disadvantage to putting the lift on with the stock wheels and tires while I wait for my new wheels and 35's??????? Will I have to align and adjust twice????????

Thanks for everybody's help!

PS. Anybody know when Pro Comp 1079's will be shipped????

Although it isn't for a Rusty's lift specifically, this write-up should be able to help you out...

Jeep JK Wrangler 3" Lift Installation Write-Up

As far as lifting your Jeep goes prior to installing new wheels/tires go, you should be fine and should not need to an alignment a second time.

Thanks W.O.L.

Excellent write up on the FT 3". I had one of them backordered and decided to go with the Rusty's. I hope it was a good choice. We'll see.
