Exclamation C clip in pumpkin????

so say a guy is in the middle of BFE and you break a shaft and cant get it out what are your options? I see videos of guys changing out shafts on the trail but say it shears and the splines are sure stuck in the gear side what is the fix?

If you twisted the axle tube, you need more than an axle shaft...

As i recall, that flange isn't always straight (depends on where your pinion angle is set). Compare to the other side. Also, check the plug welds. If it really did rotate, those would be sheared off (it has happened). If the tube isn't bent, just weld the tube to the cast and that will prevent any future issues.

Or, upgrade, haha. Just making sure you don't spend money you don't want or need to spend.
