Supercharger or 2.5" lift and 35s opinions welcome

As mentioned before, the preferred order is:
1-lift
2-tires
3-regear
4-supercharger
I have 2 supercharged JKs (one is my wife's).
So, I speak by experience.

So I ended up doing all of these, except my order was lift, tires, supercharger, then regear ro 5:13. I will say with the computer and having an auto it doesn't drive quite right...forget about cruise control on the highway. I also spent about $1400 at a local place having them retune...it's a little better, but in the end I wish I would've put that $1400 into something else.

I have a stock, automatic, 2011 JKU rubicon. I've saved up and am torn between the two. For what I want, they cost approximately the same. I've gone back and forth about a hundred times. I hit the trails a few times a year and do a ton of highway miles. I've done my pros and cons list for both and that hasn't helped. What do you guys think?

As a user of forced induction with a very good tune, I can tell you that I want a V8 or diesel. My supercharger basically just makes the JKUR drive as it should have and I have no heavy armor or big tires/lift.

Great point ^^^ I happen to have a manual trans and Pentastar with Magnuson Supercharger. Many have JD issues with auto trans and various superchargers due to the FCA proprietary trans coding. Gen II LS swaps are getting waaaay less expensive. As a user of forced induction with a very good tune, I can tell you that I want a V8 or diesel. My supercharger basically just makes the JKUR drive as it should have and I have no heavy armor or big tires/lift.
And this is why I'm running an L96 and 6L80E now... the folk with an SC and manual seem more satisfied... me with the SC and auto, no so much. Really the fault of the trans that is mated to the 3.8L

Sorry to get off topic, though it is Germaine to the supercharger question. I did not believe it before I got my Magnuson Supercharger, but I can't stress enough that it will not be as strong as you think. It does make a nice difference, but not enough to push you back in your seat like the old 350 V8 in my old FJ40.

. 12 months ago, either new jeep, or supercharger.
Cost of new was a bit ridiculous, still is. For the cost of a jeep right now you can buy anything else on the lot with a big Hemi or L S, brand new. Silverado, Ram, F 123 whatever.
Decided to just put 30 over the next four years into the jeep I already had. I'll run the slow little 3.8 I've got. When it is right it's coming out for most likely an ls swap, depends on the deal. Auctions and salvage deals can be pretty good. Have seen a lot of GM 1500 with the 5.3 but most have a good amount of miles.
V8 goodness can not really come on the cheap. It costs money, more than a cheesy blower, and especially if someone else does the labor.
In short, don't do the blower OP, at least for now.
As far as lifting, you can accomplish 35s with little to no lift
