Superchips Traildash economy mode

I have only tried the 87 octane settings but with 87 I get better milage in econ than I do the other. Its not much better something 1.6 mpg better. I had heard other people say that they have gotten worse milage in econ so I hadn't tried it till I was on my way to work one day. I usually use the average mpg doohicky on the dash to make sure I'm not getting into the skinny pedal then when its time to fill up I do the math. Its always different than the dash display.

I've got a long road trip coming up. 1100 km one way. Gonna set on economy mode burning 87 one way. and set to 91 performance the other. See what the difference is

I run on 87 and seems like a lil more pep in it's step but less gas miles than stock. It's the only tune I've used so far but two buddies of mine run eco and say it's better than 87

I think the biggest thing to do is keep your foot out of it. Oh, lighter is better too. I built my jeep light for this reason. On the display stock around town im at 12.7 l / 100kms. on the highway it varies because of wind. But usually set at 110kph I average 12.3 - 11.8. Something to think about.

That was another thing, Im usually 5 mph under the limit if it 65-70mph. I'm never in a rush these days and with a jeep you have to make sure everyone sees you. Another thing I have found is that with the doors and top off the econ gets worse, but if you put the freedom panels back on it will go up slightly...
