Yes the 7/8 drill bit makes a perfect fit for the 13/16 adapter. I drilled the 13/16 first thinking I would use a dremell and fine tune the hole, but it wasn't even close. I then used the 7/8. If I had it to do over I would go straight to the 7/8 bit.

I just used the 13/16 yesterday and had to dremil a lot. I kept using my gauge to measure. If you have a very stead hand and keep spraying wd-40 in the hole then use the 7/8. I probably could have saved a lot of time with the 7/8.

Keep it well lubricated and you should be fine.
My step bit seemed too short as well but I guess I could just have kept going. I ended up drilling the rest from the other side though.

Does this mod. Only stipulation is that you pass it off to the next member that wants to do this mod. I have the 13/16 and the 7/8 I will gladly donate

Just trying to possibly help a member out. I know these bits can be expensive.

My steering has been horrible including DW a couple times and I have that vibration, shimmy feeling as well gonna order this kit and throw it on.i have a TF 3.5" lift with 35's so I think an adjustable front track bar will also be installed...hate having a $45,000 vehicle with less than 10k on it and can't drive it and enjoy it...so you had to buy the drag link kit and the adapter and that is all right?

have you attempted to find the source? Stock tie rod ends on the tie rod and drag link are known to wear out very quickly. You may also have wallowed out track bar mounts.

a drag link flip most likely wont help with your death wobble issues.
