Seems like an awful lot of trouble fooling around with these arms. Jam nuts, "special grease", and joints that change constantly which still are failing it looks like. What am I missing here? My synergy arm bushings have worked flawlessly with zero maintenance and the ease of adjustment on them is stupid easy.

The reason for the flats on the front upper control arms is for in vehicles adjustment, we have a right and left hand thread on them!
