Lol, I can't wait. I'm going from stockers straight to 37"s hopefully next year.

Well if your getting it no matter what then get a 12.50. It will be a little nicer to your axles and steering components. And don't get a toyo, they are way too heavy

Yea Ive decided on the 37's for sure. Im just not sure because of the weight and extra inch on the toyo and mud grapplers. Im not sure if it will make a huge difference over a different tire such as the Goodyear mt/r kevlar.

I was dead set on 35's and then I picked up my 37's for 200 bucks for all 5. Never looking back now...

The Toyo's are heavier than the MTR's and yes that extra inch of tire width does put more stress on the axle. Have you considered the 37x12.50 Trailgrappler?

Broke my d30 axel running 35's. I wheel But not realy what i call hard wheeling. I was going to run 37's on my 2012 jkur, but now i think ill stick with 35's. I cant realy think of a reason to run 37's other than the look. I was dead set on it but now i think it would most likely require a dana 60.

if you measure them, i think you will find that not only are your old school mtr's lighter, they are also one of the smallest 37's you can find. but, if you're dead set on running 37's, why not just throw care out the window and just go with whatever you like best. not trying to be facetious but really, all the 37's you're looking at are bigger and heavier that what you have now. having said that, of all the tires i've run and tested, mtr's were my least favorite. they are difficult to balance, wear funny, offer poor handling on pavement, unpredictable on the trail and have weak sidewalls.

Ordered my 37" KM2's from Tire Rack a few days ago and will be back in stock on 9 March. They only measure about 35.5" though but they'll be nicer to your D30 than the tank track Toyo's.

agreed, the km2's are smaller and lighter and, being that weight and size is a concern, they would be a better choice.
