Go with the Rancho 9k's or another option are the Old Man Emu Nitrochargers. The regular non-sport ones. They ride real nice.
I second this,

I have bilstein 5100 (form AEV) and yes they are a bit firm but they works good on high speed cornering bumps and on rough road, they will definitively keep the four tires on the ground and makes the jeep very stable.

I heard good things about ARB old man emu nitro charger shocks and there is plenty of positive reviews about them, would be my first choice for a smooth ride.

Rancho 9000 are not bad either I had these on my silverado.

a 9000 is supposed to be softer in general and is adjustable.

The 7000 is a monotube style shock, high pressure nitrogen charge firmer/more responsive ride.
The 9000 is a dual tube style shock, that is a low nitrogen charged shock that is adjustable for a soft to firm ride.
