Installed the rampage front stubby bumper and not sure about leaving the crash bar hanging there. Are you guys covering this with a skid or deleting altogether?

I've covered mine with a RC skid and others I have seen cut. Do not know if that would reflect on resale or cause an insurance issue.

Thanks guys. That pos bar will not stop anything from going under. Metal is thin and weak. I will chop it.

Hack that sh$t bro. I put the expedition one rubi skid to compliment the bumper in the crash bar's place. Looks better that way.

You'd be surprised. I saw a picture from another member who was in a head-on collision and the bar was bent in about a foot and didn't break. Because of that, I just skidded mine.

Ok, I'm just ignorant I guess, what crash bar are you talking about? A picture might help me understand. I'm interested in this discussion because I am about to build my own front bumper.
