Default Free Labor!

Ok, so I'm looking for free labor but also willing to lend a hand! I would like someone near Sacramento (technically Loomis) that has experience welding gussets. I am willing to help with audio/video, CB/radio installation, or pretty much anything electronic.

I was an installer for eons before becoming an Engineer, and I do radio communications for a living. Shoot me a Pm or reply here?

Your friend who welds is probably fine. Don't weld the whole gusset around the ball joint at the same time. This will keep the poly components from melting. You can weld all day long around the tube and brackets. There really is no mystery. I welded mine on during a ball joint change, so I didn't have to be concerned about the heating issue.
