I think Jeremy will be a city or trooper's wet dream.
I have been stopped 5 times, just for forgetting to put my flaps back on after weekend trips.
Love the Smitty fenders; would not put them on the streets.
EDIT: I have been stopped for my Bushwacker flats, when I had Spyders.

Yeah but you live on the "eastside" where the fuzz are extra crotchity. We worked on it a bunch this weekend. He's got a pretty good idea of how to make some "flares" for the fronts so it has a little extra coverage. But I agree, until he gets the flares built I bet he gets a few warnings at minimum. I told him I wanted to start a pool..... everyone puts in $5 and a number of how many tickets he gets in a certain time frame. Winner takes all.

As far as the question at hand, it really is a mixed bag. I would say it is a matter of when, not if you'd get busted. I've seen far worse on the roads.
