Jeep JK OEM fog light power in candlepower

Does anyone have any idea of the candlepower of the factory installed fog lights on a 2008 Jeep JK? Our local code states that it can't exceed 300 candlepower. I found that the 9145 factory bulb is listed as 65 candlepower but thought the actual light assembly might produce more due the reflective light housing.

I don't think that there is any relation between lamp wattage and candlepower. The only reliable way would be to use a meter.

Anyone out there figure this out? It would be defiantly cool to know.

I was at autozone and looked at the 2 3/4" lights. They were 50 candlepower so I will assume the stock fogs are right around the same.
