That was the craziest thing I have ever done. Thanks Superchips and Dan Mick for guiding us through the Moab desert and obstacles with our lights off! Going to do Fins n Things in the daylight today.
Best 3 hrs I've spent in a looooong time. It was so eerie out there, but so cool . Great commentary the whole run by Dan Mick, which brought many a chuckle along the way... Thanks to Superchips for the T's and for organizing the run !!! |
Guys we had a blast! That was awesome! Looking forward to doing it again :-)

Uhhh.... That's what happens to my brain when I think of last night. Thanks for an experience I won't forget. And to the gentleman taking the slow exposure night shots, I can't wait to see those pics.

I have the shots on my camera - will have access to my laptop on Monday when I get back home and will post them here for sure!

This run was a blast! Even though I couldn't really see any of ya! Thanks superchips for putting it together and creating such a fun event!

I took some long exposure shots that night: http://i799.photobucket.com/albums/y...psNight001.jpg That's the moon with a 20 second exposure. http://i799.photobucket.com/albums/y...psNight002.jpg Cathy from Ontario wandered through the shot with a laser pointer - hence the green light. http://i799.photobucket.com/albums/y...psNight003.jpg Chris from Prince George and his TJ http://i799.photobucket.com/albums/y...psNight005.jpg Jeeps making the climb - believe me when i say it was DARK. The moon helped a bit. http://i799.photobucket.com/albums/y...psNight007.jpg http://i799.photobucket.com/albums/y...psNight006.jpg http://i799.photobucket.com/albums/y...psNight009.jpg Lining up for Kenny's Climb in the dark. http://i799.photobucket.com/albums/y...psNight014.jpg This last jeep is Dan Mick's hemi powered unlimited with D60s. |
