I might be a little late but I figured I might as well post mine as I just installed the wheels/tires this past week-end

I have a 2007 JK, 2 door.

I'm about to purchase a set of ATX Assault 17x8 wheels, 5.47 backspacing and +25mm off set.

I want to know if i can run 285/70R17's with no lift or spacers?? Do you think i will have rubbing issues? What are your thoughts?

Thanks so much for your response RW. I guess 1" spacers would do the trick if i absolutely had to??

^^That's a good locking combo one your rubicon there. I like it. I am still on the fence about 33's or 35's on stock rims.

Thanks for the compliment 07Bubicon.

The combo is perfect for me and I think all Jeeps should have come from the factory looking like this.

No... I just did the washer steering stop mods and I just never jack it all the way when turning.

I really is a non-issue for me.

I may do it one day, but for the few hundred it will cost I would rather just do a leveling kit.

Cheers
