I wanted to make sure that if I blew a tire it would be an easy switch either on the JK or the trailer.

I am cutting the floor piece tonight. Depending on the weather I may be able to get it installed.

The floor is going in today! I am hoping to take it out to get it weighed just down the street from me also and depending on the temp, put the final coat of hammered on.

Made some progress today!!!!! First of all I got it weighed after I put in the floor. It came in at 580lbs. I treated the under side of the floor and got it in place. I will be cutting a piece of boat bunk carpet for the inside floor. I also got the second coat of hammered on the box. All I have left are the lights and to paint the fenders and stage one of the build will be complete!

Very nice job. We are going to be picking up a covered cargo trailer next week. It is 4'x6', and should do the trick for camping.

I got it registered yesterday and finally got my fenders painted today. I am going to finish the wiring tomorrow and phase one of the build is complete. Oh yeah, also got my sliders installed today!
