Default Removal of front bumper

Hello all.
Can someone direct me to the link of REMOVING the front bumper? Trying to remove the front bumper and NO luck with it, will not budge.

remove the air dam and unbolt it. 8 bolts total, 4 each side.

is this for the cover and bumper. or is this all one piece
