Had the doors off over the weekend with the nice weather. Now today every once in awhile, (no set pattern noticed) the dome light comes on w/ a ding, no door ajar light, only for about 5 seconds then goes out. I tried unplugging the door plugs and then plugging them back in, didn’t make a difference. Guess maybe next disconnecting the battery for a bit. Anyone else with this issue or any input would be greatly appreciated…

Next time don't feed your Jeep after mid-night.

Freakin electrical gremlins...

Check to see if any corrosion on the door plugs and did you lock the switchs back into place???

Did the light come on when you just hit bumps or just randomly???

Yep they are locked in place. Just randomly. This could be real annoying at night...
