30K - 50K mile engine issues poll

39.5k engine dead. Full synthetic 5w 30 since the second oil change @4k first oil change was at 1k.
I am now fighting Chrysler/Jeep in court, just filed the paperwork. They denied me per the DM because they "sprayed a chemical in the engine and found a small amount of sludge" When i asked what could be the cause they said lack of maintnence. I asked about my service records that i showed them and they told me they didnt care about my service records.
When i finally had it towed home two weeks ago, I read on the service report that the dealership is now stating for their records that it came in with no oil. Which is a crock of Sh**. When they first denied me, The day after i brought it in, they said it was because i hadnt changed my oil in a very long time. When i showed them it had been changed three weeks prior and after fighting with them they agreed to an oil test. The delayed me over a month to give me the rejection from the DM. Come to find out no oil test was ever done.
If anybody has any help please let me know. otherwise i am leaving up to the lawyers which from what i am being told will take a very long time(up to a year).
Anyways, be on the lookout for my Hemi build in the Xtreme Forum. I am clearing out the garage and taking out the 3.8 this weekend.

No engine issues but I did need a new slave cylinder at 28,000. The dlr replaced the Slave Cylinder(leaking) and also the Master Cylinder in case it was leaking. They also ordered new Rubi stickers for me because mine are starting to peel off.
5w 20
K&N cold air kit ( on during dlr visit )
Hypertech Max Energy ( program in the ecm and I left the programmer on the seat during dlr visit )

47,000 miles and burning 2 to 2.5 quarts of oil every 3000 miles. I do not wheel it, it is my daily driver. There are no mods to the engine. I have a mild lift and run rubi wheels with the 32 inch BFG's. Going in for oil consumption test next week. I run Valvoline full synthetic and change the oil every 3k along with a new K&N filter.

Just under 33K and so far no engine issues.. I have however had a few clutch issues.. The slave cylinder blew out about a 1000 miles ago, which was replaced under warranty. Now, I have a very noticeable clutch pedal vibration and can't figure out what is causing it.

53,000 & Engine Is trashed
Just got the bad news. Have a 2007 unlimited ruby lifted with all the goodies @ 53,000mi and the engine is shot with spun bearings. Did Mobile 1 syn oil changes like clockwork since day one but apparently that doesn't matter. It started sucking oil down like gasoline until the oil light finally flashed on the dash.
Got a quote of $5800 from the jeep service center. They sounded as if they had never heard of the problem. I think I might just have to get a short block, check the heads and such and bolt it all back together. How do we usually go about pulling the the JK engine? Is it easy enough to unbolt the trans and pick it out the top?

30K Miles. Blew a head gasket. Use Full Synthetic 5-20W. The Dealer said the head had a burr that caused the issue. After resurfacing the head all has been good.
