Fuel Mileage, with 35's and 5:13's
When I bought my 2010 Unlimited I was getting right around 19mpg, then I lifted it and tossed on some Dunlop 35's and it went to 14mpg.
Now the great debate 4:88's or 5:13's
I have heard that 4:88's with 35's will return it to close to stock ratios and mileage..what gas mileage are people getting with this combo..
I have heard that 5:13's with 35's will give it a little more grunt and , but once again what kind of gas mileage will be expected..
Current setup is 3:73's with a Auto...

Auto or manual? 2 or 4 door? Have you recalibrated?
Open he Drivetrain faq's at the top of this modified area and plug some numbers into the RPM charts. You will notice that there isn't a big difference between the two ratios.
But...
Auto - 5.13's are the better choice. They will keep you in OD longer without downshifts, so even though it is slightly higher rpm, you will generally see better mpg's.
Manual - 4.88's are (probably) the better choice, depending on your driving style. Check the rpm's on the charts and factor in how much freeway you do. Mostly in town or on the trails, with not a lot of freeway, 5.13's may be better.

And you didn't answer whether you have recalibrated, so I'll guess not. Which means that your shift points and speedo and odo are off. Which means that you don't really know what your mpg's are currently...
For mpg's, start reading more threads. You will see that the numbers vary wildly.
Auto, 4door, 5.13's, 35's, Flashpaq 87 tune, driving the front range in Colorado
In town - fairly consistent 14-14.5 mpg
Freeway - depends on the hills and speed. I can run 18-19 mpg if I keep the speed down and am not doing a lot of uphill. But 16-17mpg is more normal.

I have 35s and 4.88 and glad I did. I get about 15 average in town most of the time with some highway. Going 37s next. I also live in low elevation that you need to consider.
