IMPORTANT 2012 2.8 Diesel JK 2dr possible Fuel line issue.
I own a 2012 2.8 crd JK - European version Sahara.
Looking around in every nook and cranny under the passenger side because of an annoying vibration/ringing sound at 1500/1700 revs I noticed that the fuel lines going to the diesel filter are sitting/rubbing on the sharp edge of the vertical fuel tank skid.
THIS COULD BE A MAJOR ISSUE IF THE LINES COME TO BE CUT BY THE SKIDPLATE'S EDGE.......
Easiest mod is to cut a short length of small diam air or fuel line lengthwise and slip it over that sharp edge.
