Yep I just tried it all the updates are still online. You have to click on the folders to drill down the updates.

Default Only displaying DATA on screen

Hi:
I'm having the same issues after burning GN_4620 DATA to DVD using Roxio. This is the first time I am having a problem with updating My GIG. I've tried the GN-RER-US-4620.rar and also the GN4620NA iso. I've burned about 6 discs on the first one and 1 for the iso.

I was having the same problem with burning the latest Application 2.403
I burned 4 discs for that one with the same problem (Reading DATA only). And for some unknown reason the 5th disc worked.

I'm using Staples DVD+R discs.:thinking
Maybe I should try a Verbatim disc?

I always use Verbatim Discs. Also make sure you burn at the slowest speed possible...

Default Fail

Still having issues trying to burn the DVD.
Tried three times using Verbatim DVD's burning at 2.4X
The DVD shows a GNDB folder and a gnupdate file on the disc.
When in the MyGIG it will only display DATA

Anything else I need to try?

Thank you
John

OK lets check a couple things...

What model is your MyGig? (3 letters located in the lower front RH of the frame of the Mygig. Examples:RER, REW, REP, RES, REN)

Were you using a download accelerator when downloading the files?

Did you try re-downloading the files?

Did you try using a different burner to burn the discs?

Did you try using NCH to burn the files? (It has a full 30day trial for free)
