Hello All:

I try to get valid information about the Military J8's enhanced air filtration system that can run 5 hours in severe sand storms (zero visibility), 100K+ miles without filter replacement.

Can this system be mounted to a civilian Jeep coming with the 2.8 CRD engine built by Italian MV Motori. It is basically the same engine as in all military versions built (JGMS J8, AIL STORM 3, AAV J8)?

Has anyone spare part numbers, transformation instruction or at least technical information on the issue? I'm stuck :-(.

I like the look of the bonnet air intake actually better than the snorkel. The whole solution seems even easier and technically top of the pops!

Any help is welcome!

Keep wheelin!
