Default Spacer Lift Kits...So confused

Hi-

I know that this question has probably been asked before, but the search is not currently working.

So I am looking to get a spacer lift kit on my '12 JKU. I am just looking for a 1.5 - 2" lift, nothing too crazy, just enough to clear some bigger tires. I am very confused on what is included in the spacer lift kits. Some kits seem to have more parts than others. Which one do I get?
I get that they accomplish the same thing, but why would one have different parts than the other?

Thanks so much for your assistance!

To maintain factory ride performance, some spacer kits will come with extended sway bar end links, and or shock extensions. Some spacer kits are only the spacers. Either will work fine, the more complete kits will ride better.

Price. Customization. Preference.

Which added components you get depends on your wants / needs / budget.

Front quick disconnect links - Let's you disconnect the front swaybar to improve offroad performance. Helps keep the front tires on the ground instead of up in the air.
-or-
Front link extension brackets - same purpose as longer links, just not disconnectable. (AEV likes brackets for some reason. Lots and lots of brackets.)

( note that when you droop the suspension, short links can cause the swaybar to flip around backward, which can cause some damage. Depends on some variables, but longer links both front and rear are a good thing.)

Bumpstop extensions - keeps the tires from stuffing too far up into the wheel well, possibly ripping a fender off or contacting other components.

Shock extensions - as opposed to new, longer shocks. Stock length shocks with a lift will limit the downtravel, extensions will allow the axle to droop further.

Brake line extensions - with the added lift height, and the added droop from the shock extensions, the lines may be too tight.

Not really interested in the sway bar disconnect. I don't go off roading too much, so I don't think I will need this.

Looks like the AEV kit has everything that I would need.

The TF Leveling Kit is probably the most common, easiest to install, literally problem free and the cheapest...

Correct. And if you're not disconnecting sway bar, could easily run 35's.

Wow, okay great!

So going with a slightly more expensive option would be in my price range.

That's the kit I run(with the shock extensions) with my 35's and wheel it pretty hard. Either way if you get 35's, you'd probably want to cut your fenders or get aftermarket, especially with the leveling kit.

Did you get wheel spacers to push the tires out?
