Default Auxillary backup light picture request

Am considering adding an auxiliary backup light. I am looking at smaller LED and will likely put it on a switch to use when needed. I am wanting to see pictures of some of the locations, light types and switch locations some of you guys have tried. Thanks!

Ridgid industries makes brackets to go over taillights and they have small lights.

I got one single Blitzpro Hawk 6D light, driving pattern, mounted to my Jerry can carrier. I have it hooked up to its own switch so I can use it in the woods to see behind me or for if I want to use it backing up. Also comes in handy when ppl are tailgating or using high beams behind u lol. I also swapped my stock reverse bulbs for led replacements.

Hey JDevil do you which LED you used to swap out your factory's in the tail light assembly? Do you like it and do you think it was worth the cost?

I've had to back up numerous times now pretty much blinded in my Jeep. One cause the backing lights are a joke, pretty much non existent and then two, cause my windows and mirrors are impossible to keep clean so they're always filthy and hard to see through. Even more so at night. I've been wanting to do something about that more and more. I seem to only remember when I'm backing up though.

I just got then off eBay, I just searched "led bulbs" and got the ones I needed. I replaced EVERY bulb with leds but without using resistors the lights didn't work right, so ONLY my tail/brake bulbs are NORMAL bulbs. Now the lights work fine.

Ahh thanks! So if I got the LED's to replace my backing lights I'd have to get the resistors too or they might not work right? Sorry I'm horrible when it comes to electrical stuff.
