Default Wrangler unlimited and a Shasta 2015 1961 reissue

I'm considering getting a Shasta 16' 1961 reissue camping trailer to tow behind my 2014 Sahara unlimited. Dry weight 2,000 lbs. is this doable or a fools folly?

All input is highly valued.

Should be doable only thing that might get you is a strong cross wind. Strongly suggest getting trailer brakes installed if it doesn't come with it. Jk struggle with brakes as it is. I tow a 2,500 lb pup up with my jkur and it does ok. Nothing like my old tundra. You just have to watch your gears when running a 6 speed. One you loose your momentum up a decent grade, it socks trying to get that speed back with out spinning 5500 rpms
