Default The new JKU

Hello everybody,
We're posting this thread to share our newest project. We recently rolled and totaled our heavily built 2 door sport, and were forced to start all over with a new one. Our insurance company, USAA, really came through for us on the claim and we were able to make the transition into a new Jeep pretty quickly. They also compensated us for the 75 pages of Quadratec receipts that we provided them, which gave us enough money to start the new build off with a bang! Attached is a link to our intro video to the new Jeep. Since it was posted, all we've done to it is a CB radio installation, but there's a TON to come. Feel free to follow us on YouTube as well!

Our ProComp 1.75" spacer lift and Teraflex diff covers showed up yesterday... We're still waiting on the rear fox shocks for our Synergy stage 3, 4.5" lift, so we're at least going to raise it off the ground and tuck our 35s under it for now. The spacer lift did come with extended bump stops, which should at least minimize tire rub, but this is really a temp fix. We have a trip planned for April first and there's no way that the parts for the Synergy lift will arrive and be installed by then. And, our Tom Woods 1350 rear driveshaft is still back-ordered indefinitely with our Superchips tuner... We'll post videos as we go. It'll be one trip with the lowest end budget lift to hopefully jump up to a very high quality short arm lift by the next trip. Video will post today of the unboxing. I'll throw it in the video vault thread.

Totally off topic but is that a Sculpin on your table?

Yep! It's a pineapple sculpin, actually. We're actually beer geeks almost as much as we are Jeep geeks! We visited the brewery about 2 years ago out in CA while we were visiting family. It's our favorite craft brew co! ...even though they were just bought out...

As an update, the 1350 rear driveshaft showed up yesterday and we were able to put the Procomp 1.75 inch spacer lift on in the driveway last Thursday. Of course, we picked the coldest and we do use day to do the install, and we didn't start on it until late in the afternoon so we lost daylight as we moved to the back end of the jeep. We uploaded the video into the video vault in a different thread, but feel free to check it out! Right now we are waiting on blocker Dana 44 differential cover gaskets and then will throw the TeraFlex differential covers on before we head out to flat nasty off-road park this coming weekend. Stay tuned for all the madness.

We tested the limits of the spacer lift this weekend... And lost a fender in the process:
