Yes, they have a diff backspacing than the stock moab wheels. with these you dont have to run spacers.

Correct. Don't need spacers. I'm pretty sure the backspace is 5.2 maybe 4.7. I have duratrac 285/70r17 on them and they just fit under the wheels well without sticking out. Tires

Not included.
Whether that is enough backspace is really dependent on the size of the tire you're running.
