Default draining anti freeze question

if i drain radiator and leave pet**** open and dump a gallon of distilled water into radiator will any of that water go into the engine block ?

i dont want it to change the 50/50 mix ( hoping it would just trickle through and flush back out through the pet****
any particles left behind ?

Again not closing the pet**** shut.

Then id close pet**** and add 50/50 to refill the radiator full again, and refill the reserve canister as well . Just to get rid of most of the older antifreeze, the hoat thats in there looks very clean and over all still factory looking.

Probably not, but if you want to be sure you can remove the lower radiator hose. That is the suction hose to the water pump. Then you will know for sure that nothing is going into the engine block.
