Default Tire carrier

Can anyone recommend a reliable, simple tire carrier to hold 35s?

AEV Tire Carrier. It will work with the stock bumper.

It was all good with my stock bumper because the tire pressed on it when it was closed...I swapped to a 10a rear bumper and every time I hit a ditch I can hear the tailgate wobble. Not a good look. Thanks.

OR-FAB tire carrier will work also, but might need some drilling.

It may not fit the bill if you've already committed to the 10A bumper, but if you ever tire of having a factory bumper, I'd HIGHLY recommend having a look at Crawler Conceptz. My Ultra II bumper/tire carrier are as stout as they come, and don't have any rattles or vibrations. That said, Crawler Conceptz does have a body-mounted tire carrier that might work well for you.

I'm interested in finding a good but simple tire carrier to go with a Hard Rock rear bumper and a 35 as well.

They had this custom built Rubi for sale at a dealer near me. It mentioned on the custom item list that it was a "Mopar HD tire carrier". I looked on the web and couldn't find a HD tire carrier made by Mopar.

Anyone know who this tire carrier is made by? Is it really Mopar?

They had a 33 mounted on it with the stock rear bumper. I'm thinking with the Hard Rock bumper which has additional clearance then this should be just about perfect for a 35 and maintains more of a stock look, which I prefer.

I'm thinking it's likely the Teraflex HD tire carrier.

Ok, tried Google again. There is a Mopar HD tire carrier.

Mopar Part #82214770

Maybe it's the TF tire carrier rebranded?

Yes that is a Teraflex carrier made for Mopar,...But there is a few different choices out there...

Ace just announced a new Body mount carrier, Poison spyder, JCR offroad, Teraflex, Crawler Conceptz, all have decent Body mount carriers...

The Teraflex one has been similarly made by Rugged ridge, and smittybilt as well now...but i ran the TF with a 35 with no issues

If I would've seen this earlier I would've gotten this one I went with the rugged ridge hd and I absolutely regret it. Lots of rattling when I hit bumps on the roads.
