Hello, I am brand new to the site and to my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I need some help from the pros out there... I purchased my Jeep a couple of weeks ago and it came with a lift kit (no idea how big?) and 35x12.50 tires (the wheels are 20's I think?). When I test drove the Jeep, it was on nice, straight, smooth roads and it drove/rode great. After purchasing the Jeep and driving it a couple of days, on some of New Mexico's best roads, I knew I had a problem. After much research on the web, I lowered the tire pressure down to 29 PSI. I also had the Jeep aligned and the tires balanced and rotated. Still no improvement in handling! I have a steering stabilizer ordered and will try that as well. I'm not a mechanic and need some help guys! This is my first Jeep with bigger tires and a lift.

I'm no mechanic but from what I've seen, the ones that know will ask for pictures to see what's under there. I bought mine with a puck lift already installed and it rides rough on the good Texas Panhandle dirt roads. I personally plan on getting shocks and slowly start getting what I like to call a Johnny Cash lift, one piece at a time. Long story but post pictures of your lift and that'll help people make suggestions.

^ This. Hard to diagnose if we don't know what we are working with. Could be bad geometry as a result of an incomplete lift. But impossible to tell based on what you have said. Seems a little odd that you didn't notice it at first but I'm guessing it was like that all along. Not like something suddenly changed or went wrong. Try your best to get us more info.

A couple of things clubs be going on. First the tire pressure may not be quite right. Do the chalk test to see what your tires run at. If you are above 3.5 inches a drag link flip is highly recommended along with a raised track bar. Lastly having large Offroad tires will cause your Jeep to drift some.

I have had the same issue with my Jeep on 35's when my tire pressure is low.

Please post pics so we can help diagnose what you have going on.

Cancel the steering stabilizer if you can it is not going to fix your issue.
I have a feeling you might have the 4" RC lift. Photos will help and not from 20' away. Get under it an get good shots of the shocks, coils including the top of them. The front and rear track bars so we can see where they are mounted on both the frame and axle. Lastly the lower control arms.

Check your bolts! Make sure they are torqued to the right specs

You just purchased it and I understand wanting to know more but I'd take it back and make them fix it.

So we know you have a Rough country 4" lift with a drop pitman arm and cam bolts. Install looks to be correct but RC is an incomplete lift and there are things we can do to make it drive better. What kind of budget do you have?
