Hello,

My name is Russell. I love in the Pacific NW in a small town called Sandy, Or. We live at the base of Mt. Hood. I am an avid outdoorsman but have never really been into the off road scene. Most recently my wife and I just purchased our first JKU. It is just a sport model as we didn't have it in the budget for a Rubi.

I would love love to have a set of your skids for some better under protection than what the stock skids can provide. This rig is a daily driver for my wife to tote the kids around in and for us as a family to enjoy some trails such as the Barlow Trail here where I live. Just want to know I will be well protected and keeping my family safe while at play and at work.

BLUF... My rig is stock since I lived on HI for the past three year. Now in the NOVA area where I will be able to hunt and wheel harder. I will need more than just the stock skids. I have been waiting for some time to order this skid. This would greatly help in the adventures with family and little girls. Thank you for the opportunity and contest. Best of luck to all.

My stock skids have taken a beating when I went to Windrock on my last trip. Need to protect everything under my jeep to Keep upgrading to 1 tons next. I want the best protection I can get!!

Thanks Rock Hard for the opportunity to win. It’s hard to say my rig is any more deserving than anyone else’s, but my 2013 JKU has seen a rough journey to its current build. I think I’ve made everything as hard as possible, and probably spent twice as much as necessary along the way. I’ve tried to plan for skids several times along the way but another upgrade always takes precedence and now the budget is all dried up. My factory skids have been put through the ringer, and my oil pan and tranny are just asking for damage. I've probably lost a gallon or so of fuel capacity with the current state of my gas skid! One of these days lady luck is NOT gonna be on my side. Anyhow, appreciate the chance to be entered in the contest. Here’s a quick pic/illustration of why I need something a bit more substantial.
