Default Sprintex Supercharger vs Prodigy Turbo

I found this video the other day. Someone lined up two 3.6 Pentastar Wranglers with 35" tires: One with the Sprintex supercharger, the other with the Prodigy Performance stage 1 turbo (the entry level kit, lower boost, no intercooler).

The labeling at the beginning of the video is very confusing. The red jeep has the Sprintex and automatic transmission. The black jeep has the Prodigy turbo and manual transmission.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fb60rpfTQrU The manual transmission of the black jeep seems to hold it back a bit due to the complete halt in acceleration while performing the slow/clunky shift. Off-the-line performance is all but impossible to compare due to the driver factor, and the higher difficulty of taking off quickly with a manual vs an automatic. I wish they were both automatic for a more direct comparison. I'd also like to see the stage 2 turbo thrown into the mix

It's safe to say the red Jeep would've lost if it was a manual.
