Default Driver's Side LCA hardware

Long story short....My Bolt, Nut, washers, etc for the driver's side rear lower control arm is gone and I need a replacement. Does anyone happen to have the part numbers or can someone recommend the Grade eight sizes I need to go purchase at the hardware store? I would be tremendously appreciative!!!!

Ok, so you know how you are supposed to re-torque the blasted LCAs, trackbars, swaybars, etc shortly after doing a lift? Wel...ummm...err...I apparently waited to long for one bolt and nut!!!!!
