Default Buying a used Flashpac

If the first owner returns their jeep back to stock is this considered "unlocked"? Or do you have pay SC extra money to unlock it?

Also, will you know if its not unlocked when you plug it into the OBD2 port of my jeep?

If the original/present owner returns the Jeep back to stock, the Flashpaq is then ready to program a new vehicle just as if it was new. You would not need to pay any money to have it unlocked, returning the present Jeep it is programmed to back to stock is the "unlock" so to speak.

If it has not been unlocked, you will know it when you plug it in....you can probably even find that out by plugging it into a USB port on the PC and launching the software as well.
