Ok I am going to be "that guy" with my dumb question. However I have looked at the 37 and 35 threads over and over and still can't decide the best option. I have a DD JKU and looking to go bigger with my tires. I don't do much off roading but would love to when I find the time. The smart person in me says to just stick with 35's but the jeep person in me says go 37's. Not really ready to beef up the d30 or anything like that just yet. But I just think 37's look perfect on a 4door! So the question, does anyone on here have any regrets jumping up to 37s? I am also going with 18 or 20in wheel

If you don't have the mechanical knowledge/ skills to perform all the needed "upgrades" or fix it when it breaks, don't go 37s. I've done all my own work so it's not a big deal but I've broken 3.73s on 35s and Sunday I blew the 4.88s on 37s in my Dana 30. It's not a big deal for me because it's warrantied, and I'll have it fixed by the weekend, but for someone who doesn't have the ability to do it thwmselves, it's not wise.

Thank you! That is the exact response I keep telling myself....lol Honestly my mechanical skills are lacking and if something breaks it's getting towed somewhere for the fix.

Then don't do it. You loose drive ability. For a daily that just looks nice it's not worth it. Lots of extra wear and tear on your rig.

Thanks guys for the help. I guess I am going to go 35's for now and see how it goes. Hell I have 33's now and love my jeep so the 35's will be an updgrade. I just need to stop looking at all your sweet rigs with 37's!! Off to the show me your 35's thread lol

Might I suggest Nitto Trail Grapplers they are a true 35. Quality tire and are quiet on the road. Well... At least I think they are quiet for a MT
