Not my pic's they belong to eraser76. I don't think he had to move anything major under the hood to do it. Just do a search for dual battery setup or and you'll see it.

your battery gives 65A to start the car with out a problem. If you are drawing less than 65A with the accessories then you know that there is not problem. But what if you are drawing more:
So you turn everything on at once and pull to much, you simply trip a fuse. So carry extra fuses. But keep in mind, when the engine is running the alternator carries some of the load.
Yes you should have a second battery, wired up in parallel. But I would also have a selector switch (The are commonly used in boats). Deep draw batteries are used in boats as well. See the previous posts regarding them, good information.
