WWII Jeep JK Hardtop Headliner
I found some great fabric for a hardtop headliner and covered a 3/4" sheet of rigid foam insulation:
I bought a sheet of insulation at HD or wherever and used cardboard templates and a hacksaw blade to trim to fit the recesses of the hardtop:
I needed to cut clearance for the two center latches to swing open:
Used 3M Super 77 to attach fabric, wrapping it around to the back side of the foam (top side):
Removed latches and sprayed bedliner:
Then used more 3M Super 77 to attach 'wrapped' panels into the freedom top. Clearance for latch opening, and print detail:
Looking in:
And the view from the driver's seat:
I couldn't be more pleased!! I haven't yet wrapped or installed the rear panels.
