Agreed. Its 200 per person, so 400 all in for you and codog/spotter. Would rather go the following weekend and spend that $$ on spod or leds.

i couldn't agree more. there are tons of people who do show up for this event though, maybe they know something we don't? doubt it though. i usually just go into the forest with out running their specific runs. i think lots of jeeps come up but don't pay the money and just wheel in the forest. the forest is free after all!

Probably mostly folks who don't get out much and like the idea of a guide and the whole support thing. Seems kind of spendy for sure, especially for B.B. But then again it's our home turf so it's not that big a deal to us.

I'll be there, BigBear Jamborees are fun and on saturday night they do a raffle, warn winch, bfg tires, all sorts of things. you get a continental breakfast on friday & sat, lunch fri & sat and dinner on friday and saturday. If you've never done one of these you should. It's fun, they give you a different perspective of the BigBear area.

I will be in Big Bear for the weekend but going solo, not with BBJJ. Honk if you see me - I'll be in my son's black 2-door:
