So how did the break job go? PS: Those ceramic breaks sqeaked, so I went back to cheapest Autozone had and they do not. They average 40,000 miles.

Well I ended up brining it to a shop just to see how much they would charge to do it since I can't find any help and they wanted $500. Yikes.

So once again if anyone is around today or tomorrow and could help me get this job done I would greatly appreciate it. As of right now I'm def waiting and not spending $500 plus rotors and me supplying the pads to get this done. Basically $700. Almost as expensive as the dealer it looks like. I would rather give someone on this site a few $$$ to help me do it and at least I would learn something.

AMen came over and we knocked out all 4 rotors and pads. The first two were tough but I got the hang of it by the last one. Very confident I can do this solo next time for sure. Thanks to Art for being so generous to donate time to help me do this. I enjoy this forum for this exact reason. It's people like you buddy. Thanks again.

Feeling super mechanical now. Lol

I just recently replaced my brake and rotors. I went with centric premium rotors and hawk pads. $32 for each front rotor on eBay http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...obalID=EBAY-US

The rear $36 each rotor on eBay also http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...obalID=EBAY-US

These rotors and brake pads are great huge difference on the braking power even when cold. Save ur self some money and diy. I got a quote from brake master shop and they wanted 960 for all 4 rotors and brake pads installed.
