Default Jeep Mechanic recommendations...

Hi fellas, I'm in desperate need of a good Jeep mechanic that can swap out my stock drive shafts on my 09 JK. I lifted her 3.5" and the shafts are on their way out. The Jeep is becoming to dangerous to drive now. I live in the San Fernando Valley and stopped by both 4 Wheel Parts in Van Nuys and 4 Wheel Specialist in North Hills and they were both booked about a week out. I already have the new drive shafts (Rubicon Express from 4 Wheel Parts) I just need someone who can swap them out for me. Any suggestions on who can do this in the Los Angeles area? Thanks.

HigherGround Fab in Sylmar. Tell them Turtle sent you. Or get the sockets and replace them yourself. It's not difficult.

FYI: They're closed Sunday/Monday. Better make it Tuesday after 9:30 am.

Also, be advised they're in the process of moving their shop to Newhall. Although this may not affect a small job like yours.

I dropped in on Saturday to see about them installing a 4 link long arm kit for me and they were literally in the middle of packing everything up. They told me in two weeks they'd be operational at their new location on Newhall.
"...but daddy, I want it now!!!"
BTW, driveshafts are a breeze to swap if you need some help, you can hit me up as well. I'm right next to Holy Cross Med. Center.

Did you happen to see my Jeep on the rack? White 2dr Rubi, with Slabs/Red rings?
