OR-Fab 83269 Bumper/Tire Carrier Install
Wanted to post up our lasted install video. In this video we install our Bumper/Tire carrier part number #83269. Other than the good looks of this bumper/tire carrier ( JMO of course) the truly cool aspect of this product is that it's "RATTLE FREE" and built for years of service!!! In Arizona we have great testing grounds to prove product and material design. We tested this kit on my JK and several "Jeep Tour" JKs. Occasionally we would mount GoPro cameras so we could see what is going on, because theory is great in the class room, but often theory goes out the window once JKs hit the trail. After much trial, and admittedly some error, we finally have a bumper/tire carrier combo worthy of the OR-Fab name.

Another point to note
On this product we did run field tests with 40" tires. Structurally the carrier is capable of carrying a 40" tire. The carrier has been designed to carry up to 37" tire. You'll notice when used with the Hi-Lift Jack mount the largest tire the carrier will fit is a 37" tire. The R&D guys were accounting for what most people would want on the trail.
Steve knew we tested this product thoroughly with a 40" tire, which is why we had to dub over him a couple of times in the video.
Also, the Hi-Lift jack mount will only fit the Hi-Lift jacks with "casted" feet. Some of the cheaper jacks that have "stamped" feet will not fit in the mount because the feet are too big. If you have any questions feel free to call us at (928) 636-3100 or PM me here.
