Lift kit
To the top, couple of people interested in this kit. It is a fantastic kit with great balance between road manners and off-road/bigger tire capability.

on your website I was looking at Item #: 1251000. the 2.5'' TF lift. after install, how much sag can I expect after putting new front bumper with winch and rear bumper w/ tire carrier on my jeep? will I need to upgrade my control arms with this kit?

2.5" lift
I am sorry I cannot accurately answer the question because of the variance of weights between bumpers and winches. For example, if you were looking at RockHard4x4 bumpers there is a huge difference between their aluminum bumpers and their steel bumpers in terms of weight. This is also apparent between different models/manufacturers of winches. The Teraflex carrier weights right around 50 lbs but it will also change depending on the weight of your spare tire. IE there is a large difference in weight between 35" and 37" spare tires. If you go with an aftermarket bumper and carrier that further complicates the matter in terms of weight. The control arms are not necessary with this kit. I do however recommend replacing control arms beyond 2.5" due to the fact that you start to go beyond factory alignment specs. Will I recommend against the arms? No. In terms of strength you will benefit by replacing them as well as have better articulation as long as your suspension will allow.
