We build our radiator here and it is build in the USA, we are now putting a Anoud in the radiator for electrolysis. We also use a manual fan for more CFM to keep our Jeeps cool.

Say I was juggling the idea of a hemi swap. I'd want to stay manual tranny, what tranny is there for these things that works with the transfer case and these engines? Are they hard to come by, and are they mire expensive that the autos?

Also, any way I could keep my RR snorkel after doing this?

We can help with a 6 speed swap also, but it will not be smog legal in California. The trans is part of the smog equipment and their are not manual trans Hemi engines with a 1/2 ton truck.

The trans we would use is the Getrag 238.

Gotcha, CA wouldn't matter as it's a NY registered vehicle and I'm heading back there next week.

Is that tranny dodge specific in application? I looked online and it pops up for a lot of different vehicles.

Is this the same issue with the choice of Chevy engine? As in, it wouldn't pass smog in a manual configuration?
