Truck-Lite is now offering a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Adapter Harness that eliminates headlight flicker in 2007- present Jeep JK models. This H13 to H4 adapter will store power during "on" time which allows the lamp to utilize constant “on” energy thus eliminating the flicker.
How Many are Required?
Two are required - one for each LED headlamp.
What is PWM?
The PWM electrical system turns the lamps energy on and off extremely fast. Incandescent bulbs are too slow to respond, so flickering isn’t seen. This system is used to reduce the power to an incandescent bulb, extending bulb life.
