beechnd, I would gladly provide you with a quote, but can you specify what hood you are talking about? As you can see above they have different prices.
Ryan0260, sure the vents are functional. They improve the ventilation of engine, increase aerodynamics and of course the look of the hood.

JK-FREAK, yes, all the hoods come complete with a black primer finish, hardware kit, and general installation guide. Louvers are just the cut outs on the hood, they are not included separately.
